Ireland v France 2027: Rugby and a St Patrick’s Festival Break

13 March 2027 · Aviva Stadium, Dublin

Ireland v France at the Aviva Stadium lands during Dublin’s St Patrick’s Festival period. For supporters who want more than a single match, it is an opportunity to combine rugby with a wider city break.

Make it a road trip

Keep the stadium day simple and allow another day for Dublin’s festival atmosphere. An overnight base with a workable public-transport connection will make more sense than trying to drive between busy city-centre events.

Plan your event stay

Expect your route to depend on the published match and festival traffic plans. Reserve your match ticket and authorised overnight space separately from campervan hire.

Find your campervan for 2027

Turn the event into a break that suits you. Compare Retro Camper Hire’s campervans and choose the layout and facilities for your group. Check campervan dates and prices, or ask us about your trip before finalising tickets and your overnight pitch.

Plan your journey from our Dublin campervan hire base, or use our Ireland touring guide to build a longer road trip around the event.

Hire availability depends on your dates. Event admission, campsite pitches and any event vehicle passes are booked separately and are not included in campervan hire.
