The Gathering 2027: A Killarney Music Break by Campervan

3–7 March 2027 · Gleneagle, Killarney, Co. Kerry

Head for Killarney as The Gathering returns to the Gleneagle for its announced March 2027 dates. It is a chance to organise a Kerry escape around traditional music, with the festival as your anchor and a flexible road trip around it.

Make it a road trip

Give Killarney time in its own right. A lakeside walk or a visit around the national park can sit alongside the performances; a longer hire gives you room to add another Kerry stop without squeezing everything into one day.

Plan your event stay

The organiser’s detailed 2027 programme is still to follow. Choose performances when announced and arrange a suitable overnight pitch and transport to the Gleneagle separately.

Find your campervan for 2027

Turn the event into a break that suits you. Compare Retro Camper Hire’s campervans and choose the layout and facilities for your group. Check campervan dates and prices, or ask us about your trip before finalising tickets and your overnight pitch.

Plan your journey from our Dublin campervan hire base, or use our Ireland touring guide to build a longer road trip around the event.

Hire availability depends on your dates. Event admission, campsite pitches and any event vehicle passes are booked separately and are not included in campervan hire.
