Bluegrass BBQ Donard 2027: Music, Food and a Wicklow Weekend

4–6 June 2027 · Donard, Co. Wicklow

Bring music and good food into your June public-holiday plans at Bluegrass BBQ Donard. The festival gives west Wicklow a lively focus for a short campervan break close to Dublin.

Make it a road trip

Use the festival as your anchor and add a gentle Wicklow outing around it. Keep mountain-road distances realistic, choose suitable stopping places and leave time to enjoy Donard without constantly moving on.

Plan your event stay

Discover Ireland lists the three-day event. Check the final programme and entry arrangements, then reserve your authorised overnight pitch separately.

Find your campervan for 2027

Retro Camper Hire offers campervan hire all year round, subject to vehicle availability. Turn the event into a break that suits you. Compare Retro Camper Hire’s campervans and choose the layout and facilities for your group. Check campervan dates and prices, or ask us about your trip before finalising tickets and your overnight pitch.

Plan your journey from our Dublin campervan hire base, or use our Ireland touring guide to build a longer road trip around the event.

Hire availability depends on your dates. Event admission, campsite pitches and any event vehicle passes are booked separately and are not included in campervan hire.
