Galway International Arts Festival 2027: Stay for the 50th Edition

12–25 July 2027 · Galway city

Make Galway International Arts Festival’s 50th edition the centre of your 2027 west-coast holiday. Its announced July dates give you time to choose performances and explore the city at a pace that suits your group.

Make it a road trip

Rather than trying to see everything, build the trip around a few must-see events and leave room between them. Extend your hire for Connemara or Clare after your Galway stay, with separate overnight stops along the way.

Plan your event stay

Check the programme as it is announced and book individual events where required. Reserve a suitable campsite and plan transport into the city for evening performances.

Find your campervan for 2027

Retro Camper Hire offers campervan hire all year round, subject to vehicle availability. Turn the event into a break that suits you. Compare Retro Camper Hire’s campervans and choose the layout and facilities for your group. Check campervan dates and prices, or ask us about your trip before finalising tickets and your overnight pitch.

Plan your journey from our Dublin campervan hire base, or use our Ireland touring guide to build a longer road trip around the event.

Hire availability depends on your dates. Event admission, campsite pitches and any event vehicle passes are booked separately and are not included in campervan hire.
