Dublin Marathon 2027: Plan Your Race Weekend by Campervan

24 October 2027 · Dublin

Give the Irish Life Dublin Marathon the time and preparation it deserves. The confirmed 24 October race date sits on the public-holiday weekend, creating an opportunity for runners and supporters to plan a longer Dublin stay.

Make it a road trip

Arrive in time for the organiser’s pre-race requirements and keep your route to the start simple. Leave room afterwards for recovery, a quiet meal and a rested return journey instead of a demanding drive straight after the finish.

Plan your event stay

Follow the official entry process and final instructions for number collection, race access and road closures. Reserve an authorised overnight base and check year-round campervan availability with us.

Find your campervan for 2027

Turn the event into a break that suits you. Compare Retro Camper Hire’s campervans and choose the layout and facilities for your group. Check campervan dates and prices, or ask us about your trip before finalising tickets and your overnight pitch.

Plan your journey from our Dublin campervan hire base, or use our Ireland touring guide to build a longer road trip around the event.

Hire availability depends on your dates. Event admission, campsite pitches and any event vehicle passes are booked separately and are not included in campervan hire.
